AUNT NAN'S CHEESY POTATOES
2 lb. frozen, cubed hash browns 1/2 cup butter 1 can cream soup 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 cup milk 8 oz. shredded Cheddar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients well and spread into casserole. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and browned. Submitted by: Eric Watt

I crush corn flakes cereal in a zip lock baggie and mix w melted butter and crumble on top for the last 30 min. Of cooking time...Yummy:) also you can replace cream of chicken with cream of celery soup and its just as yummy:)

I add Pepperoni to add a kick to it & always extra Cheese to make it cheesier!!! LOVE this & everyone LOVES when I make it!!! I don't ever use Salt - cause u figure most stuff already had sodium in it, to me - is more than enough salt.. !!! best thing ever to make!!!

This is an awesome dish. I melt butter and crumble ritz crackers in the melted butter and put it over the top of the dish before baking. AMAZINGLY good!
