GLAZED LEMON LOAF | |
1 box lemon cake mix, Duncan Hines 3 oz. pkg. lemon pudding 4 eggs, unbeaten 1 c. water 1 c. Crisco oil 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring 4 tbsp. poppy seeds Mix all together, beat 5 minutes and pour into 3 small loaf pans or 2 bread pans sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix: 1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh 1/2 c. sugar As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, prick with fork or with toothpick and pour over top. |
