FRUITED CHEESE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange, lemon or lime gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.)
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream (whipped)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cheese and whipped cream. Pour into oiled 4 1/2 cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold on bed of lettuce.
