HURRY TUNA CURRY 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove minced garlic, if desired
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6-7 oz. can tuna
Cooked rice

Cook in frying pan onion, pepper and garlic in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper. Drain tuna and stir into sour cream mixture. Heat slowly, stirring often. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.

My mom use to make this all the time when I was younger. My favorite dish. We topped it off with soft raisins. Such a good combination.
