STRAWBERRY-CREAM CHEESE JELLO

2 lg. pkgs. strawberry-banana Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Follow package directions for Jello and dissolve each box in 2 cups water. Then spoon softened cream cheese into hot Jello mixture and stir. Add thawed strawberries and stir. Spray a regular size Bundt pan with "Pam" and pour mixture into it. Let set in refrigerator and enjoy. One of my family's favorite desserts.

We searched all through my mother's recipes looking for this one. She would use different flavors of Jello, and would substitute canned Pinnaple for the Strawberrys.
In any event, this is simple to make and a wonderful desert!

Thank you. Looked through the gelatin web site for this recipe, I guess its to high in fat these days, but a family favorite -my aunt used to bring. I inherited the mold container but hadn't a recipe. It will sure to bring some smiles on Thanksgiving.

I have been searching for several months for a similar recipe, the one I remember used smaller boxes of jello and the middle layer had cream cheese blended in, anyone have one like this?

My sister just gave me this awesome family recipe. I am making it today for a party.

3 LAYER JELLO MOLD - set each layer for 6 hours before starting next 1.
* 1-lg. box strawberry jello-add 1 cup hot water, 1 cup cold water. Add enough strawberries about cup. Set in refrig.
* 2-lg. boxes lemon jello-add 1 cup hot water 1 cup cold water then add 1 8oz. cream cheese, set on top of other layer. Refrig.
* 1-lg. box lime jello-add 2 cups hot water 2 cups cold water can of crushed pineapples, set on top of layer jello. Refrig.
