3 pkgs. strawberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 c. applesauce

Mix and let set until firm in refrigerator.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. milk

Mix and spread on top of Jello. This is also delicious with raspberry Jello and frozen raspberries.
