MEXICAN-STUFFED MACARONI SHELLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained Add 2 packages taco seasoning mix, stir well. Parboil 12 ounce large macaroni shells for stuffing 9 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Stuff shells and place in 9x13 inch pan. Top with: Diced onion Diced tomato 1 1/2 c. salsa 2 c. shredded cheese Sliced black olives Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes (until heated through and cheese is melted). |
