1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) box Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (miniature)

Cream sugars and butters. Add egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture to make dough. Shape into 1" balls; place into 1 1/2" tiny muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown. Immediately after removing from the oven, press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie until only the top shows. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from tins.
