1 c. white sweet potatoes, mashed
2 c. sugar
3 scant tsp. flour, plain
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 tall can Pet milk
1 tsp. each vanilla and lemon

Mix together the potatoes, sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs, and butter. Add milk and flavoring. Bake in two 9 inch pie plate on 350 degrees until firm and light brown.
