3 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. mace
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. can milk
1 tbsp. whiskey, wine or rum

Beat 3 eggs and 1/2 cup white sugar. Add 1/4 cup melted butter and add spices. Blend mixture with 1 1/2 cup smashed sweet potatoes, lemon juice, milk and whiskey.
