SIX WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 lightly beaten eggs
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 box raisins (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients. Then add flour, soda and salt to wet ingredients. (Add the raisins if you like.) Cover and refrigerate.

Bake in muffin tins when needed.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Keeps 6 weeks.
