EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. frozen Parker house rolls
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (NOT instant)

Grease Bundt pan. Place frozen rolls evenly in pan. Pour melted butter over rolls. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered rolls. Sprinkle nuts next, then dry pudding mix. Let sit on counter overnight. Next morning, cook 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Turn out on plate immediately. If not, it will stick.
