FILLING: 8 oz. soft cream cheese 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat well. CRUMBS: 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Made as directed except added 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans to the crumb mixture. Brought to work, and it was loved by all! So easy, hardest part was defrosting frozen dough!
