EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and salad oil. Beat 5 minutes with electric beater. Pour half into 10 inch greased tube pan.

Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture over cake mix. Cover with remaining batter. Top with sugar mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool for 30 minutes before removing from pan.
