EASY LUNCHEON CAKE | |
Yellow or lemon cake mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 c. milk 3 1/2 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix 1 pt. whipping cream 16 oz. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pecans (whole or crushed) Mix and bake cake according to directions. Beat cream cheese, adding milk, stirring until smooth; add pudding. Mix well. Pour over cake. Drain juice from pineapples. Spoon pineapple over pudding mixture. Whip whipping cream and spread over pineapples. Sprinkle pecans on top. Refrigerate. |
