1 pt. plain yogurt
1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients together. Chill to set in serving dish or chill in rectangular dish and serve in squares on lettuce.
