SUMMER LUNCHEON TUNA SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas (petite)
2 lg. cans tuna (water packed)
1 can Chinese noodles
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. celery
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped
Romaine lettuce
Paprika
Onion and garlic salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 c. cashews (whole)

Thaw peas. Rinse Romaine lettuce and set on absorbent towels.

Mix tuna (drained), lemon juice, water chestnuts (drained), celery, bell pepper, green onion, mayonnaise. Add spices and peas. Chill. Right before serving add the Chinese noodles and cashews. 4 servings.
