1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Mtsp. Dew
small bag pecans

Mix all together, except nuts. Place nuts in bottom of Bundt pan. Pour batter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Mtsp. Dew

Melt all together; boil until thick. Pour over cake.
