1 box lemon cake mix
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
10 oz. Mountain Dew

Mix well. Bake in 3 layers 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. cornstarch
7 oz. coconut

Cook first 5 ingredients until like pudding. Add 7 ounces of coconut. Spread on cake while hot.
