1 box of yellow cake mix
1 box of vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) Mountain Dew
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix ingredients well. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick butter
1 heaping tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) coconut

Mix all ingredients (except coconut) and cook until thick. Then add coconut. Cool and spread on cake.
