MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. Mazola oil
4 eggs
10 oz. Mountain Dew
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix above ingredients and bake in sheet cake pan at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 heaping tbsp. self rising flour

Mix well, cook until thick, and add 1/2 can coconut. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle remaining coconut over cake.
