MOCK CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. lean chopped beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt and pepper
5 tsp. chop suey sauce
5 tsp. Chinese molasses; optional

Brown meat, onions, and celery in scant amount of oil. Place in large baking dish; add all other ingredients, stirring well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir once or twice while baking to keep rice mixed thoroughly. I use 2 pounds meat, 3 onions, 2 1/4 cups water.
