"MAMA'S QUICHE" 
1 egg
4 tsp. white flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
8 oz. flaked crab meat
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, blend in flour, and beat in mayonnaise. Add milk and blend well. Fold in cheese, crab and onion. Fill pie shell and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. (Substitute 10 ounces Monterey Jack cheese for Gruyere and add 1 (4 ounce) can chili peppers.) Serves 6.
