BAKED CHOPPED SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. onions
1 c. celery, cooked
Salt and pepper
1 can bean sprouts (large)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. raw rice
2 1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix well and put in a 3 quart casserole pan and cover. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 325 degrees; remove cover and bake additional 30 minutes more with Chow Mein noodles on top.
