CHOP SUEY BAKE 
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bouillon cube, crushed or env.

MEAT:

1 lb. ground beef
4 green onions, cut in 1 1/2" pieces
1 garlic cloves
1 (10 oz.) frozen Chinese vegetables (pan fry Birds Eye)
2 c. hot cooked rice

Combine all ingredients for gravy and set aside.

In skillet brown meat, stirring occasionally. Add green onions and garlic to the browned meat and saute for 5 minutes. Discard drippings. Add gravy mixture to skillet and cook over high heat until gravy is thickened, quickly turning and coating all pieces evenly. Add vegetables. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings. 450 calories.
