CHOP SUEY BAKED DISH 
2 med. onions
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 can bean sprouts
1/2 c. raw rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown onions and celery in fat. Remove from skillet and brown meats. Add mushroom soup plus 1 can of water. Add soy sauce and bean sprouts and rice, salt and pepper. Mix all together and place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally to prevent rice from settling to bottom.
