QUICK CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. lean pork, diced
1 lb. round steak, diced
1 tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. concentrated meat extract
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. dark molasses
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) bean sprouts
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water

Brown meat in hot fat. Add seasonings, vegetables, sugar, soy sauce, meat extract, water and molasses. Heat to 5 pounds pressure. Cook 10 minutes. Reduce pressure gradually. Add bean sprouts.

Combine cornstarch and cold water. Stir into mixture and cook over low heat until thickened, stir constantly. Serve over fried noodles.
