CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
2 lb. chop suey meat

2 c. celery

1 chopped onion

1/2 c. green pepper

1 can mushroom soup

1 can chicken & rice soup

1 can water

1/2 c. rice

1 can mushrooms

Brown meat. Add onions, celery, mushrooms and green pepper. Put in casserole dish. Add soup and water. Sprinkle rice over the top. Do not mix. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, covered.
