CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chop suey meat
3 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
2 to 3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. rice
1 c. chop suey vegetables

Brown meat and drain. Then add all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
