CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. meat (I use pork cut in sm. pieces) 1 sm. onion, minced 1 c. celery (cut up) 1 can bean sprouts 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup 1 can chow mein noodles (2 c.) Brown meat. Add celery and onion and cook for a few minutes. Blend together remaining ingredients (reserving a few noodles as topping). Add to meat mixture and place in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
