MEATBALLS IN TANGY SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey or chicken or pork (or combination)
1 c. bread crumbs, any kind
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. ketchup or barbecue sauce (or combination)

Mix all but bread crumbs first, then mix in crumbs. Roll into small balls (1 inch diameter) and saute in dry skillet on medium until browned.

SAUCE:

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup (or combination)
1/2 c. small pineapple chunks (optional)

Simmer cranberry sauce on low until melted. Add mustard and stir well until mixed. Add ketchup or barbecue sauce and heat until bubbly. Add pineapple chunks at this time, if desired.

Combine meatballs and sauce and serve.
