1 tbsp. steak sauce (A1)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
hot sauce (add how much suits you)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 shallots, minced
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour sauce over any meat you like and bake in a large dish.
