SHRIMP ROMANOFF 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can (1/2 c.) sliced mushrooms, drained
3 (4 1/4 oz.) cans sm. shrimp, drained
3 tbsp. freshly grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Combine and blend rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, green pepper, chives, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in mushrooms and shrimp. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
