TUNA ROMANOFF 
5 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cans tuna, drained & flaked
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. parsley
6 oz. muenster or mozzarella cheese, sliced

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

1. Melt butter in medium saucepan.

2. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir in.

3. Add milk slowly. Stir constantly until thickened.

4. Add cream cheese, tuna, chives and parsley.

5. Cook and drain noodles.

6. In greased casserole, make layers of sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce.

7. Top with bread crumbs tossed in butter.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
