CHICKEN OR TURKEY ROMANOFF 
1 lb. chicken or turkey breast, cut in 1 in. strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. white wine
1/3 c. tomato juice, V-8 or spicy V-8
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Parsley (optional)

Saute' meat, onion and garlic in small amount of butter in non-stick pan. Add wine, juice, mustard, basil and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 10 minutes.

Mix flour and yogurt and stir into simmering liquid. Cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
