1 green pepper, chopped fine
3 jalapeno (hot) peppers, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
8 slices American Cheese

Saute the green pepper, jalapeno peppers, and onion. Add slices of cheese to the hot mixture and stir them in as they melt. Serve with chips.
