HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. dried beef, finely snipped
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cheese and milk. Stir in onion, green pepper and then add beef and sour cream. Spoon into shallow dish. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with party crackers or party rye bread.
