HOT BEEF DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. beer
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground beef. Drain. Combine taco seasoning, beer, water, and tomato paste; mix well. Stir into meat and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn into serving dish. Serve hot. Sprinkle with cheese and dip with Tostido chips.
