HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP | |
1 loaf shepherd's bread 1 c. sour cream 11 oz. cream cheese 2 1/2 oz. dried beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 bell pepper, chopped Blend together sour cream and cream cheese. Add beef, onion and pepper. Mix well. Hollow out shepherd's bread. Save insides for serving. Add mixture to hollowed loaf and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove, place on platter with torn chunks of bread around the dip. Serve warm. |
