HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Saute pecans in butter for 3-5 minutes. Drain on paper towel and set aside. Place dried beef in blender, chop. Set aside. Cream cheese and milk together until smooth. Stir in rest of ingredients except pecans.

Place in greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve on triscuits.
