HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. corned beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of garlic salt
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop corned beef into bite size pieces. Add to softened cream cheese along with green peppers, onions, sour cream, garlic salt and mushrooms. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 1 3/4 quart greased casserole for 20 minutes.
