HOT BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)

Dice beef. Mix all ingredients together and put into pie plate. On stove, brown 1/2 cup chopped pecans in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Put pecans on top of beef mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
