MARLENE'S HOT AND HARTY BEEF AND
BEAN DIP
 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 oz. can green chilies
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
16 oz. can refried beans
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. guacamole dip, mixed with
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef with chilies and onion. Drain fat. In 8 x 10 inch baking pan, layer refried beans, ground beef and grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread guacamole sour cream mixture over top of ground beef mixture. Serve with Mexican style chips or crackers.
