HOT BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
4 oz. dried beef, chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese with milk, stir in onion and pepper. Add beef and sour cream. Sprinkle nuts on top. Place into an ovenproof serving dish; bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
