HOT BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. dried beef, cut up in sm. pieces
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tsp. pepper
Nuts, chopped

In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and milk; add sour cream, dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
