ITALIAN DROP COOKIES 
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
6 c. flour
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Place first 5 ingredients in bowl. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well until moistened. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

Frosting:
2 tsp. butter
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
very sm. amount of milk

Combine and blend together well.
