HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil

Mix above ingredients just enough to dampen flour. Add to above ingredients.

2 c. chopped, ripe bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Pour batter in three round, 9-inch bake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out on rack. When completely cool, mix the following ingredients together and ice top of each layer and stack.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread 1/4 cup chopped pecans on top layer.
