3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1-1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together. Add oil, eggs and pineapple; mix by hand. Add bananas and nuts; mix. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes until done. Let cool.

ICING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Combine cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Add vanilla and coconut; mix.
