MOCK FILLETS 
1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. mushrooms, drained & chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
6 slices bacon

Shape beef into a 12" x 7 1/2" rectangle on a piece of waxed paper. Sprinkle next 6 ingredients evenly over beef. Roll up jelly roll fashion, lifting waxed paper to help support ground beef as you roll. Smooth and shape beef roll with your hands. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Cut in 1/2" slices, wrap a piece of bacon around edge of each fillet. Secure with toothpick. Grill 8 minutes on each side or do in broiler.
