SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed with 3/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt (if desired) and 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 lg. onion 1 can corn, drained Brown ground beef with onion, drain off fat. Add soup and mix well. Place beef mixture in the bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Spread corn over beef mixture. Spread hot mashed potatoes over all. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
